Long, narrow and too dark, the existing space requires intervention. We decide to introduce a compact and equipped volume which distributes the different pieces of the program and groups the storage in order to optimize space as much as possible. Built like an object, its exterior faces dialog with the existing walls, offering a vertical connection of the three floors. Painted in white on a colored background, it gives luminosity to a new ample circulation space becoming the protagonist of the project, defined by a wooden staircase which marks the ascension towards the light.
